Class Description

Ages: 6-12

Day: Thursdays, August 1st - 22nd

Time: 1:00 - 2:00PM

Class Fee: $15 per class, or $12 if you refer a friend (4 classes included)

In this class, students will learn to make the following origami creations:


We will be testing out different paper types and students will take home a set of instructions from the project we learned that day along with extra paper to practice. In addition to being fun, origami also encourages the practice of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, following directions, focus, math, spatial reasoning, and problem solving. This craft also requires intensive interaction with both hemispheres of the brain, promoting development of motor, intellectual, and creative skills in children.
